terms of service
By paying/commissioning me, you accept all of the stated policies below.
1. General StuffAll drawings will include my personal signature on it that cannot be removed.
Commissions by me will follow my process.I get to choose what commissions I do.
I have the right to deny a commission request for any reason I have at the time.I do NOT participate in the making of any NFTs or any blockchain related stuff.
I WILL NOT ALLOW ANY OF MY WORKS TO BE MADE INTO NFTS.
2. Payments and payment process.Payments are done on my ko-fi/paypal account.
After I accept your commission, I will send a final commission price.
I will only start your commission after you fully pay me.
3. Drawing ProcessThe time taken for a commission from start to finish can range from
a couple days to a few weeks depending on the type of commission.
I will be allowed to take my time in doing your commission.After payment, I will send you an initial sketch.
You can request to see the wip as many times as you want.You are free to request changes.
(Only a reasonable amount.)If I am at least 80% done with your commission (work progress judged by me),
no changes will be allowed from thereon.
4. Ownership RightsWhat I can do:I am allowed to use the artwork however I wish.
I have full rights to my works, unless discussed beforehand.What you can do:You can use it for personal usage such as user icons or banners.
You may repost my commissions
(more specifically commissions that you ask and paid for),
but credit must be clearly stated with a link towards my social media.Usage for content making is negotiable.You can not do any of the following:Profiting money directly by selling it, or any other money making schemes.
Claiming the commission as your own work.
Removing my signature on the commission.
5. What you’re getting'The initial sketch'.
'The full resolution of the commission as a png file.'
You can ask for a work in progress at any time.
6. Cancellation PolicyYou are allowed to ask for a refund.I will deduct a portion of the money depending on how
much work is done on your commission.If I'm the one who cancelled the commission, you will be fully refunded.Commissioners who requests for refunds on multiple occasions
will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
If you break any of the terms stated here,
you will lose all rights to the commission.
I will have full rights to use the commission however I want.
